Not a Lancia, most likely a Fiat because is a left guide !

Looks very much like a Lancia Aprilia with a Pinin Farina body but can't find this one in the books. And yes, the steering wheel is missing on the right side...

Even a Fiat 1500 6 cylinders had the wheel on the right side, so that makes no difference...
